Vanilla Cashew Custard
With Christmas (ie. Christmas pudding) just around the corner, we’ve created a delicious custard recipe for you to drizzle (pour) over your Christmas pud. It’s thick, creamy, rich in flavour and absolutely scrumptious.
150g raw cashew nuts
1½ tsp vanilla
Soak the cashews in 450ml water for 2-3 hours.
When they’ve soaked, drain the water from them and put them in a blender with 275ml fresh water and vanilla.
Blend until totally smooth and creamy.
