Mixed Berry Smoothie
Come rain or shine, smoothies are satisfying, convenient and fill you up all morning - and this Mixed Berry Smoothie is a morning essential. It blends essential nutrients, natural energy and feel good flavour - all whilst tasting delicious.
- 70g frozen mixed berries (our favourite is blueberries / strawberries)
- 2 tsp Nut Blend Protein Nut Butter (or choice of nut butter)
- 3 tbsp oats
- 250ml nut milk
- 150ml water
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Optional: 2 tsp hemp protein powder
1. The only stage: put the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth, frothy and creamy. What we struggle with is not downing the entire smoothie in one go...
