Mixed Berry Smoothie

Come rain or shine, smoothies are satisfying, convenient and fill you up all morning - and this Mixed Berry Smoothie is a morning essential. It blends essential nutrients, natural energy and feel good flavour - all whilst tasting delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 70g frozen mixed berries (our favourite is blueberries / strawberries)
  • 2 tsp Nut Blend Protein Nut Butter (or choice of nut butter)
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 250ml nut milk
  • 150ml water
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Optional: 2 tsp hemp protein powder
  • Ice


Method:

1. The only stage: put the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth, frothy and creamy. What we struggle with is not downing the entire smoothie in one go...
