Espresso Chia Seed Pudding


Is there anything more delicious than chocolate and coffee? We didn’t think so either – and thus created this chia seed pudding pot as an exquisite breakfast, snack or dessert. With a gooey layer of soaked chia seeds; a creamy layer of creamy; and topped with rich cacao nut butter and fruit – words can’t espresso how amazing it tastes…

{This recipe makes 2 small jars.}

Chia Pudding:

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 shot espresso coffee (or ½ tsp of espresso powder)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 6-8 tbsp of hazelnut or oat milk


  1. Mix all of the ingredients together and set aside for 15 minutes.

  2. Grab your jars and spread a layer of chia pudding along the bottom of each.

  3. Add a layer of your favourite plant-based yoghurt – we particularly love Nush almond yoghurt or Coyo.

  4. Swirl in a generous teaspoon (or more) of your favourite Nut Blend; we used Indulgent Nut Butter, as the cacao nibs add a gorgeous flavour and crunchy texture.

  5. Top with some frozen berries and a sprinkle of granola. Perfect!
