Chocolate Hazelnut Truffles
These are super easy to make and absolutely delicious! Serve with a cup of tea or have a couple for dessert to curb your sugar cravings and satisfy your sweet tooth.
100g dark chocolate
Nut butter of choice
Whole roasted hazelnuts
Gently melt the chocolate in a saucepan on a low heat.
Once it’s totally smooth, spoon 1/2 a teaspoon into each capsule in the mould.
Add a small dollop of nut butter and one hazelnut in the centre.
Add the remainder chocolate on top to cover the filling (depth of chocolate may vary depending on what mould you use).
Pop them in the freezer for minimum 20 minutes before serving.
Once completely set, you can keep them in the fridge.
